Kombucha Making Workshop
Kombucha is an ancient elixir, possibly as old as 2,000 years old, made from fermenting sweet tea in a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY).

The health benefits claimed range from probiotics to detoxification to immune boosting properties. It’s slightly tart flavor and effervescence have made it an increasingly popular health food of choice. Kids love it as a replacement for icky soda, too!

Why pay $5 a bottle at the grocery store when you can make it at home for pennies?? Join us for this 60 minute demo clinic and learn the basics of fermenting the tea, the art of the second ferment (the flavoring part!), and what to do with your extra SCOBYs once they start growing! Sample some kombucha, start your own brew, and get a cheat sheet to take home.
